We would like to make our Wealth Management clients aware that the Old Mutual Wealth Platform is being upgraded later this autumn.
This will improve your investment choice and flexibility, cut down the amount of paperwork required for transactions and enhance the customer centre so you can retrieve information about your investments more easily.
You will receive written notification directly from Old Mutual Wealth in due course which will confirm the dates of the upgrade and what will happen. During the upgrade there will be a short four day period when you will not have access to any information about your investments or be able to make any new transactions. Existing transactions will be unaffected.
