Chartered Accountant – Graduate Trainees

We are looking to recruit a talented and motivated graduate to join our Chartered Accountant training programme commencing Summer/Autumn 2024.

Our Training Programme
Your training will include spending time in classes at college (usually in Newcastle or Edinburgh), completing the exam modules and working within our modern office in Berwick-upon-Tweed.
In addition, our ambitious training programme is designed to support you towards becoming a professionally qualified business adviser. You will receive ongoing mentoring and will have the opportunity to gain experience across our wide range of services, including commercial and corporate financial accounting, tax and VAT consultancy and audit and assurance. This allows you to develop a broad range of experience, ensuring you gain both the professional and practical skills to deliver quality client support throughout your career.

The Candidate
If you are friendly, confident, approachable and prepared to work hard to achieve your qualification, we would love to hear from you.
You will need to have at least a 2:1 degree (obtained or predicted) in any discipline or the full AAT qualification, along with good communication skills.
What you can expect
Your salary is competitive, increasing as you pass each module. We cover the costs of your study package, the first sitting of each exam and travel expenses.
